REFUNDS

We give refunds within 30 days of purchase date. If you are unsatisfied with any product you receive, you may consider a refund. We refund the full amount of the product, less shipping and handling. In order to get a refund, please call 1-(303)934-1749. You must have the invoice number of the product and your full name.

RETURNS

We allow for returns. If you are unhappy with anything you purchased, we allow 30 days for you to make a return request. Although we believe in the high quality of our products, if you received a wrong item, defective item or an item you want to return, please call 1-(303)934-1749. You will need to obtain a   "RETURN AUTHORZATION CODE"   to place on the package. You must include the invoice number and your full name.

PURCHASE ORDERS

We accept purchase orders. We have a $5.00 set up fee for processing purchase orders. Purchase orders are available for hospitals, schools, retirement homes or someone who want to make a large purchase.
