Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS:

No COD. We would like to use COD, but our major freight carrier is the Post Office. It requires a trip to the Post Office if we wish to use COD. Their prices are about the same as other services, but when we add time and mileage, it suddenly becomes very expensive.

Credit cards. We accept Visa, MC, Discover and American Express. This is our number one type of payment. It can be used over the telephone or on the secure order page on the internet.

Checks. Right now you can mail in your payment with our Mail in Form. Checks take approximately one week to clear. Some we can clear immediately.

Money Order. Money orders can be cleared immediately. Your order can be shipped within 24 hours after we receive it.

Net 30. Net 30 terms available with approved credit. Allow 2 weeks for processing on all credit applications.

All Net 30 terms are from invoice date.
A 1 1/2 percent monthly finance charge will be added to all past due invoices.
All delinquent accounts will be sent for collection, and all collection charges will be paid by customer.
All delinquent accounts will no longer be able to charge until the problem is corrected.
No shipments made on past due accounts.

RETURNS:

All products can be returned within three weeks (21 days) of invoice date.

Product must include all packaging materials.
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number by calling (866)661-0274.
A copy of the invoice is required.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Item must be post marked within three weeks (21 days) from invoice date.

All products can be returned within four to five weeks (22 to 35 days) of invoice date.

All of the above are required.
A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be charged.
Item must be post marked within four to five weeks (22 to 35 days) from invoice date.

After 5 weeks (35 days) from invoice date, no returns will be accepted.

Video heads are always charged 20 percent (20%) for restocking.
